The Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team headquarters in Brackley, Northamptonshire, is a facility that has been transformed from a modest base into one of the most formidable engineering operations in the sport. The site's racing pedigree stretches back to the BAR Honda era, but it was the arrival of Mercedes as a full works team in 2010, and subsequently Toto Wolff as team principal in 2013, that catalyzed its evolution into a championship-winning powerhouse. Under Wolff's leadership, the Brackley campus has been systematically expanded and upgraded to support the team's record-breaking eight consecutive Constructors' Championships from 2014 to 2021.

The facility houses the team's chassis design and manufacturing operations, with state-of-the-art machine shops, composite layup rooms, and assembly areas where the cars take shape.
