EFL Championship

Rick Parry, the founding Chief Executive of the Premier League from 1992 to 1999 and former Liverpool CEO, became EFL Chairman in 2020. He has overseen the introduction of tighter financial sustainability rules, negotiated new broadcast deals, and navigated the complex politics of the English football pyramid including advocacy for fairer revenue distribution from the Premier League to the EFL.

Shaun Harvey served as EFL Chief Executive during a period of significant commercial growth and rebranding. Previously the CEO of Leeds United during the club's turbulent financial restructuring, Harvey oversaw the Football League's transformation into the EFL and worked to modernize the organisation's commercial operations and governance structures.
