David Gandler, co-founder and CEO of live streaming platform FuboTV, completed a 100% takeover of Leyton Orient in April 2025, acquiring a 78.55% majority stake for approximately £19 million via his parent company GSG LOFC Limited. Gandler has announced ambitious plans including a new privately funded stadium in Waltham Forest by 2031, investment in the academy, and sustainable growth towards the Championship. He previously held a 17% stake in French club Paris FC.

Nigel Travis

Nigel Travis, the American-British businessman and former CEO of Dunkin' Donuts, led the consortium that saved Leyton Orient from the destructive Becchetti ownership in 2017. Travis served as chairman and oversaw the club's recovery from the National League back to League One. He remains as chairman under Gandler's ownership, providing continuity and stability during the transition.
