Tucker Joins the Super Team

The defending World Series champions signed Kyle Tucker to a four-year, $240 million deal, adding yet another MVP-caliber bat to a lineup that already features Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman. The Dodgers' payroll is staggering, but so is their talent.

Ohtani Unleashed as a Two-Way Star

Shohei Ohtani is fully healthy and set to pitch and hit for the Dodgers in 2026, finally fulfilling the vision LA had when they signed him. With Ohtani anchoring both the rotation and the middle of the lineup, the Dodgers may be fielding the most talented roster in modern baseball history.

Rotation Depth Tested by Injuries

Blake Snell and Gavin Stone will both begin the season on the injured list with shoulder issues, and Tommy Edman is out with right ankle surgery. The Dodgers' depth is unmatched, but even they have limits. Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasnow, Ohtani, and Roki Sasaki will need to carry the load early.
