Baltimore Ravens
Current Leadership
Owner & Chairman
Steve Bisciotti, the co-founder of staffing firm Allegis Group, became majority owner of the Baltimore Ravens in 2004 after purchasing a minority stake from Art Modell in 2000. Under Bisciotti's ownership, the Ravens have won a Super Bowl (XLVII), built a reputation as one of the NFL's best-run organizations, and maintained a culture of stability and excellence. Bisciotti has retained John Harbaugh as head coach since 2008, providing the kind of patient, consistent leadership that has become increasingly rare in professional sports.
President
Sashi Brown serves as president of the Baltimore Ravens, overseeing the team's business operations. Previously an executive with the Cleveland Browns and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Brown brings a diverse background in both football and business operations to the role.

Historical Figures
Founder & Original Owner
Art Modell founded the Baltimore Ravens by relocating the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore in 1996 — one of the most controversial moves in NFL history. Modell had owned the Browns since 1961, but a stadium dispute with the city of Cleveland prompted the relocation. In Baltimore, Modell oversaw the construction of M&T Bank Stadium and the building of the Super Bowl XXXV championship team. Financial difficulties forced him to sell a majority stake to Steve Bisciotti in 2004. Modell passed away in 2012.
