The Browns fired Kevin Stefanski after six seasons following a 5-12 campaign, their second straight last-place finish in the AFC North. Cleveland hired former Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken to lead the franchise, hoping his offensive expertise can unlock the potential of a young roster.
