Current Leadership
Owner & Chairman
Henry Samueli, co-founder of semiconductor giant Broadcom, purchased the Anaheim Ducks from the Walt Disney Company in 2005 for approximately $75 million. Under his ownership the team won the 2007 Stanley Cup, the only championship in franchise history. Samueli and his wife Susan have invested heavily in community programs in Orange County and guided the team through a lengthy rebuild centered around high draft picks.
Co-Owner
Susan Samueli shares ownership of the Ducks with her husband Henry. She has been a prominent philanthropist in the Orange County area and is actively involved in the franchise's charitable initiatives, including youth hockey development programs throughout Southern California.

Historical Figures
Founding Owner
Disney created the franchise in 1993 as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, inspired by the popular 1992 film. Under Disney's ownership the team reached the 2003 Stanley Cup Final but lost to the New Jersey Devils. Declining interest from Disney's corporate leadership led to the sale to the Samuelis in 2005.
