Current Leadership
Owner & President
Terry Pegula, a billionaire natural gas entrepreneur, purchased the Buffalo Sabres in 2011 for $189 million. His stated mission was to bring a Stanley Cup to Buffalo, and he committed significant resources to player acquisitions and facility upgrades. Pegula also owns the NFL's Buffalo Bills and has driven major redevelopment efforts in downtown Buffalo through Pegula Sports and Entertainment.
Co-Owner
Kim Pegula serves as co-owner of the Sabres alongside her husband Terry. She served as president of Pegula Sports and Entertainment and was actively involved in both the Sabres and Bills organizations before health challenges limited her day-to-day involvement in recent years.
