New York/New Jersey Gotham FC
The 2023 NWSL champions, Gotham FC have worked to sustain their competitive edge in the nation's largest media market, building on a championship foundation to establish the New York-New Jersey metro as a permanent force in women's soccer.

Managing Owner
Ed Nalbandian serves as the managing owner of Gotham FC, overseeing the club's business operations and strategic direction. Under his leadership the club won the 2025 NWSL Championship and the 2024–25 CONCACAF W Champions Cup.
Club Governor & NWSL Board Member
Carolyn Tisch Blodgett serves as Gotham FC's Club Governor and represents the club on the NWSL Board of Governors. A member of the Tisch family, which owns the NFL's New York Giants, she has been a driving force behind the club's growth and community engagement.
Founding Owner
Tammy Murphy, along with her husband Phil Murphy (former Governor of New Jersey), was part of the founding ownership group that rebranded Sky Blue FC to NJ/NY Gotham FC in 2020. Their investment helped stabilize the club and set it on a path to professionalization.
Founding Owner
Steven Temares, former CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond, joined Gotham FC's founding ownership group in 2020. He has been a key investor in the club since its rebranding from Sky Blue FC.
