Current Leadership
Owner (Kroenke Sports & Entertainment)
American billionaire Stan Kroenke began acquiring Arsenal shares in 2007 and completed a full takeover in 2018, delisting the club from the London Stock Exchange. Through Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), which also owns the LA Rams, Denver Nuggets, and Colorado Avalanche, Kroenke has overseen a period of significant investment in the playing squad under Mikel Arteta. His son Josh Kroenke serves as a director and is increasingly involved in the club's day-to-day operations.

Historical Figures
Minority Shareholder
Uzbek-Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov held a significant minority stake in Arsenal through his Red & White Holdings company. He repeatedly clashed with the Kroenke family over the club's direction and was a vocal advocate for increased transfer spending. Usmanov sold his 30% stake to Kroenke in 2018, ending a decade-long power struggle at board level.
Vice-Chairman
David Dein was the visionary vice-chairman who brought Arsene Wenger to Arsenal in 1996, transforming the club's fortunes. Dein was instrumental in the formation of the Premier League and played a key role in Arsenal's commercial growth. He was forced out of the club in 2007 after selling his shares to Usmanov without board approval.
