Peter Woodfork oversees all of Minor League Baseball as MLB's Senior Vice President of Minor League Operations and Development. A Swampscott, Massachusetts native and former college baseball player, Woodfork is the primary point person for affiliated teams on governance, scheduling, umpiring, and compliance.

Pat O'Conner served as the 11th president of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, the last person to hold that role before MLB assumed direct control. He oversaw a period of record attendance and franchise valuations before the contentious negotiations that led to the 2021 reorganization.

Mike Moore was the 10th president of the NAPBL, serving for 16 seasons. He oversaw a major reorganization of the National Association's governance, presided over the minor league stadium boom, and saw attendance rise to a then-record 42.8 million fans in his final year.

Randy Mobley served as president of the International League for nearly three decades, guiding the league through expansion, stadium construction, and ultimately the transition to MLB governance.

The grandson of the legendary Branch Rickey, he led the Pacific Coast League during a period of growth and modernization before his retirement.
