Atlanta Dream
The Atlanta Dream have been a fixture in the Southeast since 2008, reaching three WNBA Finals in their early years and now building toward a new era of competitiveness under new ownership.
Current Leadership
Principal Owner
Larry Gottesdiener, founder and chairman of Northland Investment Corporation, led the ownership group that purchased the Atlanta Dream in February 2021. A real estate investor and developer based in Massachusetts, Gottesdiener has overseen a franchise transformation that saw the Dream post a franchise-best 30-14 record in 2025.
